A Naturopath advises you on tools that create the right conditions for healing in the body or in improving your life force. A Naturopath may include good nutrition, herbs, aromatherapy, nutritional supplements, positive relationships, exercise, meditation etc to bring the body into balance.
2. Treat the root not the branches.
If you have a headache, you may choose to take a pain killer. A Naturopath looks a bit deeper, at stress, diet, levels of toxins in the body, hormones, allergies etc.
